These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jilibrt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilibrt website located at https://jilibrt.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing any game or service, making a deposit, or clicking any acceptance button on the jilibrt Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, promotional terms, or game-specific conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

jilibrt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the jilibrt Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR market guidelines applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilibrt, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not included on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilibrt or any relevant gaming authority.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide during the registration process is accurate, complete, and current. jilibrt reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or termination.

Each eligible player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jilibrt Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Ensuring that your account details, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact information, remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Logging out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

You must notify jilibrt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. jilibrt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

jilibrt reserves the right to temporarily lock or suspend an account where suspicious activity, potential identity fraud, or a security concern is detected, pending investigation and verification.

All financial transactions on the jilibrt Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jilibrt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on player funds.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your jilibrt account are available for gameplay only. jilibrt does not pay interest on player balances. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have been verified in accordance with jilibrt's KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements prior to the processing of any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Platform's cashier section.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• jilibrt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity or source-of-funds verification checks.

jilibrt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking institutions. Processing times are estimates only and may vary.

jilibrt offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentive programs from time to time ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each offer. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific Promotion and these general Terms, the specific Promotion terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all jilibrt Promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for entertainment purposes and are offered at jilibrt's sole discretion.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance and must meet all applicable wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• jilibrt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit Promotions — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the stated validity window will be forfeited automatically.

All games offered on the jilibrt Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing any wager.

jilibrt uses certified game providers and Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects a game round in progress, jilibrt will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available game data. jilibrt's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final and binding.

jilibrt reserves the right to void any bet or game round where:

• A technical error, software fault, or data transmission failure has materially affected the game outcome.
• The game was played in breach of these Terms or applicable game rules.
• There is reasonable evidence of fraud, collusion, or manipulation by one or more players.

Sports betting markets and odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed by the Platform, it is binding subject to the applicable sports betting terms. Settlement of sports bets will follow the official result of the relevant governing body or competition organiser.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jilibrt Platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, scripts, bots, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including sharing hand information, chip dumping in poker, or coordinating betting strategies to defraud the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or identifiable bug are void.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to obscure the source of funds.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify any part of the jilibrt Platform or its underlying software.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable Philippine law or regulation.

All content on the jilibrt Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, images, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials, is the property of jilibrt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jilibrt.
• Use jilibrt's trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jilibrt's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilibrt, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jilibrt Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, jilibrt expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond jilibrt's control.
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform, including game odds, sports betting markets, or promotional descriptions.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including GCash and PayMaya, that result in delayed or failed transactions.

The jilibrt Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilibrt makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability and accuracy of content, no warranty is given that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jilibrt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time following a request from jilibrt.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity conducted through the Platform.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you, a verified family member, or a recognised responsible gaming authority.

Upon termination of your account for cause, jilibrt reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds, promotional winnings, or balances associated with prohibited conduct. Real-money balances remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to jilibrt will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of all applicable verification requirements.

You may close your jilibrt account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to any additional compensation beyond the return of your verified real-money balance.

jilibrt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by jilibrt may be used for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and age confirmation.
• Processing of deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations.
• Detection and prevention of fraud, cheating, and other prohibited activities.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jilibrt Platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Where applicable, the Platform operates within the PAGCOR-regulated online gaming market in the Philippines. Players acknowledge that their use of the Platform is subject to all applicable Philippine gaming regulations and that jilibrt may be required to share player information with regulatory authorities in connection with compliance obligations.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilibrt from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or property pending final resolution of a dispute.
